My teaching philosophy is very simple. I believe playing music should always be a fun and enjoyable experience. Playing any instrument can be a lot easier if you have the correct technique and once the fundamentals have been conquered, the sky is the limit.  I encourage improvisation and try to nurture a space for creativity.

Classes are offered for all levels and ages in the following areas:

GUITAR: Classical guitar, acoustic guitar (steel string), bass guitar and electric guitar

KEYBOARD: Basic keyboard skills, synthesizer skills (Synth architecture and synth programming)

COMPOSITION: Basics of composition, traditional and modern, learning and operating modern Digital Audio Workstations (DAW) techniques with an emphasis on Cubase 12

STUDIO TECHNIQUES: How to capture and process sound for the best results. 

MUSIC THEORY: The basics or advanced music theory

 Studio is located in Katy, TX near Seven Lakes High School.

Rates:

30 min lesson (recommended for students under the age of 12): $35 in studio (in person or online) and $55 in your home

 

60 min lesson: $60 in studio (in person or online) and $80 in your home

Weekly lessons are recommended.
